Capture, Processing, and Utilisation of Personal Information
You can visit our website without having to provide any personal information. Personal information is captured only if you provide it to us within the scope of your goods order, when creating a customer account, or if you subscribe to our newsletter. Without your permission, the information you submit to us will not be used for any other purpose than for the processing and fulfilment of your order. Upon completion of the contract and the receipt of your payment in full, your personal information will be blocked and deleted after the retention period required for tax and trade law purposes, unless you have specifically agreed to the further use of your information. Your name and email address will be stored with your permission during the subscription process for the newsletter, which will allow us to use them for our own marketing purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter service.

Forwarding of Personal Information
We will forward your information to the carrier entrusted with your delivery to the extent necessary to complete the order. Your payment information will be forwarded to the financial institution handling your payment.
Your personal information will not be forwarded to any other third party.

Use of Cookies
We use so-called "cookies" on various pages of our website to make your experience more attractive and to allow you to use specific functions. These cookies are small text files that are transmitted to and stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use will be deleted from your device at the end of your browser session, i.e. when you exit your browser (so-called "session cookies"). Other cookies will remain on your device and will allow us or our partner companies to recognise your browser when you visit us again ("persistent cookies").
You can configure your browser to inform you when cookies are sent to your device, and to allow you to decide whether or not to accept the cookie. You can even reject the acceptance of cookies in general or just for some specific sites. You may not be able to access the full range of functions offered by our website if you decide to reject our cookies.

Web Analysis with Google Analytics
This website utilises Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". Cookies are text files that are sent to and stored on your computer to allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies regarding your use of this website will as a rule be transmitted to a Google server in the US, where the information will be stored. Where IP anonymisation has been activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within EU member states or other states that are contracting parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the US and shortened there in exceptional cases. Google will use the information on behalf of the operators of this website to analyse your use of the website, to create reports on website activities, and to provide other services to the website operator in connection with website use and internet use. The IP address transmitted from your browser in connection with Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data. You can prevent the acceptance of cookies by way of a relevant browser software setting; we would like to point out that you may not be able to utilise all functionalities of this website fully should you choose to reject our cookies.
You may furthermore prevent the capture of data related to your use of the website generated by the cookie (including your IP address) and their transmission to Google, as well as the processing of such data by Google by clicking the following download link to a browser plugin you can install:

Use of Facebook Social Plugins
Our website uses so-called "social plugins ("plugins") of the social network site Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are clearly marked with the Facebook logo or the additional remark "Facebook social plugin". An overview of Facebook plugins and their appearance can be found here: http://developers.facebook.com/plugins

When visiting one of our online pages containing such a plugin, your browser will automatically create a direct connection to Facebook servers. The content of the plugin will be transmitted from Facebook directly to your browser and integrated into the page. This integration provides Facebook with the information that you have visited a particular page of our website, even if you do not maintain a Facebook profile or are not currently logged in on Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Facebook server in the US and where the information will be stored. Should you be logged in on Facebook while visiting our website, your visit can be directly assigned to your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins, e.g. if you click "Like" or leave a comment, then that information will also be transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. That same information will also be published on your Facebook profile page and displayed to your Facebook friends.

The purpose and scope of the data capture and the further processing and use of that data by Facebook, as well as your relevant rights and setting options to protect your privacy are outlined in the Facebook privacy policy: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php

Please make sure to log out from your Facebook account before you visit us if you don?t want Facebook to directly assign the data collected during your visit to our website to your Facebook profile. You can prevent the loading of Facebook plugins completely by installing add-ons for your browser, for example "Facebook Blocker" (http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/).

Use of Google+ Plugins (e.g. "+1" Button)
Our website uses so-called "social plugins" ("plugins") of the social network site Google+, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). These plugins are easily recognisable by their buttons with the inscription "+1" on a white or coloured background. An overview of Google plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://developers.google.com/+/plugins

When visiting one of our online pages containing such a plugin, your browser will automatically create a direct connection to Google servers. The content of the plugin will be transmitted from Google directly to your browser and integrated into the page. This integration provides Google with the information that you have visited a particular page of our website, even if you do not maintain a Google+ profile or are not currently logged in on Google+. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Google server in the US, where the information is stored.

Should you be logged in on Google+ while visiting our website, then your visit can be directly assigned to your Google+ profile. If you interact with the plugins, e.g. if you click "+1", then that information will also be transmitted directly to a Google server and stored there. That same information will also be published on your Google+ profile page and displayed to your contacts.

The purpose and scope of the data capture and the further processing and use of that data by Google, as well as your relevant rights and setting options to protect your privacy are outlined in the Google privacy policy: http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html

Please make sure to log out from your Google+ account before you visit us if you don?t want Google to directly assign the data collected during your visit to our website to your Google+ profile. You can prevent the loading of Google plugins completely by installing add-ons for your browser, for example with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).

You should always keep your access information secret, and close the browser window when you have completed your communication with us. These measures are particularly important if you share the computer with others.
