The set contains our original yogimat basic 175 cm x 61 cm x 4mm arctic and our Meditation cushion - round shape - white, ø 35cm x 15cm. The cushion is made of solid, durable cotton with a practical handle; the organic spelt hull filling conforms to the shape of your body and is extremely comfortable so that your spine lifts easily in sitting poses. You can easily adjust the height through the zippered opening which allows you to remove or add spelt hulls.
