One mat = one tree
For every YOGISTAR® yoga mat sold, YOGISTAR® plants a tree.
The traditional nutritional supplement of India, prepared according to ancient Ayurvedic recipes. This puree is made from the fresh pulp of the Amla fruit, one of the richest sources of natural vitamin C, gur (thickened sugarcane juice) and Ayurvedic herbs. The ingredients used provide a full spectrum of valuable nutrients. Chyavanprash has retained its special significance over the centuries.
In Ayurveda, Chyavanprash is often used as a nutritional supplement. The mixture of various herbs and spices has a balancing effect and helps to strengthen the body and promote well-being. It is also considered to be restorative and is said to help strengthen the immune system. Instead of taking it with milk, it can also be taken in water or as a spread on bread. The effect is based, among other things, on the Amla fruit, which is rich in vitamin C and protects against free radicals.
