You get a box with all the collections. The first collection contains 30 cards with basic postures and lots of information. The second collection of asana cards again contains 30 cards and contains more advanced asanas. With the 30 postures in the third collection, two thirds of the focus is on the advanced asanas. The explanations include drawings, the German name, the Sanskrit name, the effects, the point of view (Drishti), contraindications, chakras and tips on how to perform them. All yogis and yoginis can benefit from the cards in a clear and concise manner. Beginners benefit from the combination of drawing and explanation when learning the posture, advanced yogis and yoginis can improve their alignment and benefit from the additional information and aspiring yoga teachers get easy access to possible instructions for a yoga class. The fourth collection then brings together all the previous postures: Here, individual asanas become entire sequences, allowing you to seamlessly connect the asanas you have learned so far in the Vinyasa style.

While the focus of collection I is on basic asanas (almost exclusively level 1), collection II also includes half of the postures of difficulty level 2 and thus builds on collection I. The third collection contains some simple postures as well as significantly more advanced postures (including a few level 3 asanas). Together with these collections, you have a comprehensive repertoire of the most common asanas in Vinyasa (Hatha) Yoga. Since Vinyasa Yoga is ultimately about connecting the asanas with one another in a fluid manner in order to find a dynamic flow, the asana cards in the fourth collection give you 10 different sequences with different focuses (some in a beginner's and an advanced version).
