Asana Cards Collection 2 with Box

The second collection of asana cards includes 30 cards, each of which explains a yoga posture and possible variations. The explanations include drawings, the German name, the Sanskrit name, the effects, the focus point (Drishti), contraindications, chakras and tips on how to perform the pose. All yogis and yoginis can benefit from the cards in a clear and concise manner. Beginners benefit from the combination of drawings and explanations when learning the asanas, advanced yogis and yoginis can improve their alignment and benefit from the additional information, and aspiring yoga teachers get easy access to possible instructions for a yoga class.

While the focus of Collection I is on basic asanas (almost exclusively level 1), Collection II also includes half of the postures of difficulty level 2 and thus builds on Collection I. The second collection is ideal for yogis and yoginis who have already been practicing yoga for a while and are looking for new challenges.

In addition to the 30 cards of Collection 2, this product also includes the beautiful Asana Cards storage box, which has space for several card collections.
