Creative yoga sequences are fun and bring variety into the yoga practice. If the individual asanas are sensibly coordinated and directed towards a specific goal, the practice can develop its full effect. The sequences developed by Power Yoga Germany are based on many years of teaching experience. They were published as a series in YOGA AKTUELL (issue 82-87) and are now available collected on two posters.
The asana series inspire and provide orientation. At the same time, they leave enough room for individual variations and a very personal yoga practice that is adapted to one's own needs.
The Creative Sequencing 1-3 poster shows three different sequences:
- Sequence 1: Warm-up
- Sequence 2: Hip openers & open positions
- Sequence 3: Neutral Positions & Turns
