Protection Mixture Power Concentrate, 5 ml

In the protection blend, the essential power oils oregano, thyme thymol, ravintsara are combined with orange. This power concentrate supports the body's defences and protects, not only in the cold season, e.g. in the form of a cold protection cream. The protection mixture is a real multifunctional product and can be used individually adapted to the current situation. The power concentrate must always be used diluted with a care oil, then it is helpful and beneficial.
It is protective as a cold protection cream mixed in shea butter or in a nose oil around the nose. As a regular foot rub mixed with warming sesame or St John's wort oil, it helps keep feet warm. Alternatively, it can be a real power booster in a regular rising foot bath or used in a full bath. Those in a hurry can accompany their daily shower with an intensive, activating fragrance by adding the power concentrate to their neutral shower gel.

The power concentrates complement the medicine cabinet for home & travel, adding practical helpers in various situations in life. They have to be diluted with care oil or plant water or mixed in sea salt, thus they are very versatile and can be individually adapted to personal needs.

Recipes

Cold protection cream - Applied around the nose, protects the skin in the cold season:
Slowly warm (do not heat) 25 g shea butter in a water bath until it melts. Allow to cool slightly, then add 10 drops of protection mixture power concentrate and stir in well. Leave to cool in the refrigerator to preserve the smoothness of the shea butter. Apply the cold protection cream around the nose and on the cheeks. The anhydrous cream can also be used as a foot cream.
After mixing, the mixture should be used up within 6 months.

Rub for feet, chest and neck - Provides warmth and well-being, supports the body's own defences:
Mix 8-10 drops of the protection mixture in 50 ml St. John's wort oil. Massage the feet, chest or neck daily in the morning and evening.

"Power" footbath for a rising footbath according to Kneipp - preventative in stressful times, activates the body's own defences:
Drop 10 drops of Schutz Mischung Kraftkonzentrat into a screw-top glass and swirl. Then fill with 200 g of sea salt, screw up and shake well. Use 1 tablespoon of this mixture for each warming foot bath.

How to use the rising foot bath according to Kneipp:
A good time for the rising foot bath is before going to bed. Mix 1 tablespoon of the bath salt protective mixture in a special foot bath or a bucket with warm water (approx. 33 degrees). In any case, the ankles should be covered with water, the more leg is also covered, the better. Dip both legs into the water in the foot tub. Keep adding hot water (be careful not to burn your legs) so that the water reaches a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius. Take the footbath for about 20 minutes and then dry your feet well and rub them with a body oil or organic nourishing oil. Now enjoy some rest while lying down and relax with your legs elevated.

Power shower
Add up to 40 drops of Schutz Mischung Kraftkonzentrat to 200 ml of neutral shower balm. Breathe consciously while showering and mobilise your own defences in your mind. Ideal to combine with alternating showers or other Kneipp treatments.
