In this meditation, based on a small fragment by Atisha, the founder of Tibetan Buddhism, you let all suffering - your own and that of all beings in this world - ride on your inhale and reach your heart. The heart can perform miracles. It transforms the energy immediately. You take in suffering and it is transformed into bliss. Then on the exhalation you radiate this bliss into the whole existence.
The meditation has no particular form. The form used here works well in the beginning and you can change it later to suit you.
The meditation can be done with their special OSHO Heart meditation music, it indicates the different phases and supports them energetically.
The meditation instructions come with the CD in English and it is also available in numerous languages as a downloadable digital booklet.
