Nataraj is the energy of dance. It is total dancing as meditation, in which all inner division disappears and a sensitive, relaxed awareness remains.
The meditation is done with the special OSHO Nataraj meditation music, which indicates the different phases and supports them energetically.
The meditation instructions come with the CD in English and are also available in numerous languages as a digital booklet for download. On YouTube you will find a video to practise each meditation. Enjoy!
