In the dance, which lasts a good 2 hours, the seven energy centres (chakras) of the body are addressed. One or more planetary tones are assigned to each centre.
Each piece covers and automatically works on the theme of the corresponding chakra physically, mentally and spiritually. Each theme lasts 15 minutes played through (no samples are used).
