Asana card collection 1 and 2 with box

You will receive a box with both collections. The first collection contains 30 cards with basic postures and a lot of information. The second collection of asana cards contains 30 cards again, with more advanced asanas. The explanations include drawings, the Sanskrit name, the effects, the viewpoint (Drishti), contraindications, chakras and tips on execution. In this way, all yogis and yoginis can benefit from the cards in a clear and condensed way. Beginners benefit from the combination of drawing and explanation when learning the posture, advanced yogis & yoginis can improve their alignment and benefit from the additional information and aspiring yoga teachers get easy access to possible instructions for a yoga class.

While the focus of Collection I is on basic asanas (almost exclusively Level 1), Collection II also includes half of the postures of Difficulty Level 2 and thus builds on Collection I. The cards are available in two versions. With both collections together, one has a good repertoire of the most common asanas in Vinyasa (Hatha) Yoga.

In addition to the 60 cards, this product also includes the beautiful storage box of the asana cards, which contains space for several card collections.
