Celtic soup spice - The idea was to develop an aromatic soup spice with ground lime blossom.

The Celtic Soup Spice consists of native (wild) plants: Tree blossoms, herbs, spices and valuable (bitter) roots, which, depending on the dosage, give the food fullness up to a slightly perceptible bitter note. The aromas of lime blossom, elder, caraway and juniper permeate the dish almost alchemically, reminiscent of a particularly lovely lovage.

Ingredients: Lime blossoms, garlic, ground ivy, juniper, caraway, elder blossoms, dandelion blossom/leaf, gentian, yarrow, chicory, masterwort. All ingredients from controlled organic cultivation
Usage: Add to stews and soups. Dosage e.g. 0.5 tsp (mild) to 1.5 tsp (slightly perceptible bitter note)
Storage advice: Ideal storage: protected from light and contamination, dry, at approx. 16°C
