Attenuation value corresponds approximately to a 0.5 cm thick PVC mat. We also have the thicker JadeYoga ™ Harmony Professionl mat on offer . The only difference is the thickness ( more damping) and the weight . Otherwise, the material properties are identical. The Travel Mat is just as good as the Harmony Professional yoga practice , offers only slightly less damping , but is also easier to transport and cheaper.

Tightly rolled up, the roll has a diameter of only 7.6 centimetres and thus has room in many a small bag. As the mat is very thin, it has little cushioning and feels hard on hard surfaces.
