Barbara Becker discovered a new workout for herself in Miami - more challenging and more effective than anything she has encountered before. A programme that has been inspiring her for a year and which she has put together with her long-time trainer Tanja Krodel into a complete exercise sequence on DVD.
"I don''t know of any total body workout that so effectively tones and sculpts the body and gives everyone the chance to develop their ideal figure," Barbara Becker is convinced.
With discipline and a daily workout of about 45 minutes, anyone can manage to achieve a summer-fit figure within 30 days! The secret to success: fast movements combined with classics such as push-ups, squats and squats to create a unique programme. The workout also incorporates elements of classical dance and Pilates, accompanied by very rhythmic music that is fun and supports the flowing, often sweaty movement run.
Beginners start with a daily workout of 5 to 10 minutes and can gradually increase to the full programme as their fitness grows. Advanced workout fans are challenged to do their best from the start so they see results after a short time.
For the problem zones around the abdomen, thighs and buttocks - and of course for defined upper arms - there are special combination exercises where two to three body parts can be trained at the same time. This way you stay focused during the workout and use the exercise time in a particularly efficient way.
