This DVD contains four approximately one-hour yoga programmes, each with a different focus. What they all have in common is practising "in flow": this type of yoga practice actively combines movement and individual postures (asanas) with deep breathing. This activates the metabolism, supplies the cells, trains the cardiovascular system and purifies the body.
Each flow has a different focus and can be used and combined in a very targeted way.
