Tender flakes and finger millet, combined with valuable nuts and seeds, provide a good feeling in the stomach. Perfect as it is. Extra topping or fruit? Not necessary. The porridge consists of 36% valuable seeds, fruits and finest spices. So it tastes perfect, just the way it is.

Preparation: bring 80 g porridge to the boil with 300 ml water, milk or vegetable drink. Put the lid on and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Done!
