White sage grows mainly in sunny California and is one of the most powerful plants for cleansing and blessing spaces, living beings or objects. Its scent is rather strong. But among the indigenous people of North America, it is considered one of the few plants that carry pure positive energy. Therefore, it is used to ward off evil and to create a cleared consciousness. It is often associated with the West, the direction of revered ancestors, sunset and the spiritual peace of the evening.
