The rollholz is a real all-rounder and can be used for self-massage, Pain reduction, increasing mobility and, thanks to its stable, durable material, can also be used in balance and functional strength training.
When rolling, special care should be taken to avoid bony structures and joints. The innovative ergonomic shape of the rolling pin protects the spine from excessive strain when rolling the back section, for example. The vertebral bodies are thus relieved and at the same time an optimal distribution of pressure on the muscle tissue is ensured.
