It is practised on a trapezoidal sling that hangs from the ceiling on a hook. This Aerial Sling relieves the spine, enables reversal postures without any problems, lets stress fall away as if by itself and is really fun!

Wolfgang Mießner and Peter Schlösser introduce the basics of Aerial Yoga step by step. With the help of over 300 photos, they explain around 60 exercises with different focuses and effects.
