My First Yoga: Children's Yoga with Children's Songs (DVD with CD and Mandala Colouring Book)

The yoga trend has also arrived with the very young - here they are introduced to the topic of yoga in a playful way!

For this DVD, 20 exclusive new children's movement songs have been written to individual yoga choreographies, creating something that does not yet exist: Movement songs specifically for children's yoga, where parents and children can practice together at home! All exercises are performed by children aged 4-9 together with yoga teacher Susanne Keller, who designed the choreographies especially for children. Child-friendly yoga positions are integrated into complete movement sequences and encourage children to join in. In this way, the children learn exercises that strengthen them, calm them down and increase their concentration, help them with coordination and body awareness, strengthen their growing muscles or help them to calm down again after an exciting day.
