Asana Cards - Collection 3

The third collection of asana cards again comprises 30 cards, each explaining a yoga posture and possible variations. The explanations include drawings, the Sanskrit name, the effects, the viewpoint (drishti), contraindications, chakras and tips on execution. In this way, all yogis and yoginis can benefit from the cards in a clear and condensed way. Beginners benefit from the combination of drawing and explanation when learning the asanas, advanced yogis & yoginis can improve their alignment and benefit from the additional information and aspiring yoga teachers get easy access to possible instructions for a yoga class.

While the focus of Collection I is on basic asanas (almost exclusively Level 1) and Collection II is made up of roughly equal parts of easy and advanced asanas, the focus of the third collection shifts somewhat towards the more advanced postures (Level 1 = 9 asanas; Level 2= 16 asanas; Level 3= 5 asanas). For some challenging postures you will now also find step-by-step instructions on the asana card.

This collection comes without a box, but with a new cardboard shelf. So you can put two collections together in your box. If you have all the collections, you no longer need a shelf.

NOTE: Collection III is also available with a box.
