This meditation is an encounter with the cosmos, with all of existence. It helps you to connect, merge and let go at the deepest level.
The meditation has two phases, both without exact times. The format given here is good to start with. You can do this meditation at any time of day or just before you go to sleep. If you do it during the day, take some time afterwards before going back to your normal activities.
The meditation can be done with their special OSHO Mahamudra meditation music, it indicates the different phases and supports them energetically.
The meditation instructions come with the CD in English and it is also available in numerous languages as a downloadable digital booklet.
