Creative yoga sequences are fun and bring variety into the yoga practice. If the individual asanas are sensibly coordinated and directed towards a specific goal, the practice can unfold its full effect. The sequences developed by Power Yoga Germany are based on many years of teaching experience. They were published as a series in YOGA AKTUELL (issue 82-87) and are now available in the Creative Sequencing Poster Set.
