DHL GoGreen Plus Standard shipping
GoGreen Plus actively ensures a CO2e-reduced shipping of goods and makes a contribution to reducing emissions in Germany. Benefit from our optimised shipping system: If you order by 12.30 pm on weekdays, we will ship your order on the same day after receiving your order confirmation*.
*(except for payment method SEPA bank transfer, as here the dispatch only takes place after receipt of payment after approx. 1-2 days)
The shipping company commissioned by us (DHL) then delivers the parcel as quickly as possible throughout Germany from Monday to Saturday.
When your ready-to-ship parcel leaves our premises and is handed over to the parcel service, you will be informed by a separate email (dispatch notification). If the parcel carrier does not find you when delivering your parcel, he may leave the parcel with your neighbour or leave a notification card.
You can use this notification card to collect your parcel from your local post office within 7 days (on presentation of ID or driving licence).

Please note that parcels up to max. 60 cm x 35 cm x 35 cm are only suitable for Packstations. If you would like to have your parcel delivered to a Packstation, please enter the following data as a different delivery address:

Collection
Do you live near us? You can collect your order from us in Wiggensbach/Allgäu the next day Mon-Fri from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Provided all your ordered products are available.
