Refund policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us (YOGISHOPCOM GmbH, Wendelins 1c, 87487 Wiggensbach, Germany, service@yogishop.com, Phone: +49 (0)8370 921730 by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically complete and submit the model cancellation form or another unequivocal declaration on our website https://account.yogishop.com. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may refuse to make a reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. We charge a flat-rate return fee of €3.90 for the return of goods within Germany. For returns from abroad, you will bear the full return costs charged by your local postal service provider. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
• Contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
• Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
