Returns

If you want to return something from your order with us, it's easy. You can do this within 14 days. Please also note our right of withdrawal.

Here are the steps you need to follow if you want to register a return from Germany:
  1. Login to customer account: Please log in to your customer account. There you will find all your orders and can request a return directly online.
  2. Request a return: Select the order from which you wish to return items and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be asked to select the items you wish to return.
  3. Create a return label: After you have requested the return, you will receive a link from us to create the return label that you can stick on the package. This label contains all the necessary information to ensure that your shipment is returned to us correctly.
  4. Return shipping: Use this return label or the QR code, which can be used by DHL for posting. For returns within Germany, we charge a flat-rate return fee of €3.90, which is automatically deducted from the value of the returned goods. Why do we do this? Returns pollute the environment due to double transportation and cause real processing costs. We believe that conscious shopping - in the spirit of yoga - is better in the long term than ordering and returning goods quickly. We also recommend that you pack your return well and enclose a copy of the delivery bill so that your return reaches us safely.
  5. Refund: As soon as we have received and checked your return, the purchase price minus the return fees will be transferred back to the originally selected payment method.

  3. Return costs: Please note that we unfortunately cannot cover the costs for returns from abroad. You are therefore responsible for the return costs. We recommend that you pack the return shipment well, enclose a copy of the delivery bill and, if possible, send it with a shipping service provider that offers shipment tracking. This way you can be sure that your return will reach us.
  4. Refund: As soon as we have received and checked your return, the purchase price will be refunded to the originally selected payment method.
