Elecampane (Inula helenium), also called sunroot and elfin rampion, is a typical sun plant. Of tall growth and crowned with sunny yellow, radiant flowers, its energy brings sunshine to the heart and warms the mind.
When smoked, elecampane root develops an extremely fragrant, warm, full aroma. It spreads a protective atmosphere, relaxes, strengthens and centres. Elecampane can be smoked wonderfully on its own, but is also ideally suited for mixtures (e.g. with sandalwood)
