The Soul Stroker Power Concentrate for enveloping, protective skin care through relaxing massages of the reflex zones of the ears, neck or feet. Embrace yourself! The attention to yourself and the loving, attentive contact can give you new strength and confidence and strengthen your well-being. The fragrance supports your own mental strength, brings light and confidence, strengthens your inner centre and uplifts you. The essential larch oil combines the root oils angelica root and vetiver with mood-lifting bergamot and blood orange and the enveloping floral scents of jasmine and ylang ylang.

When using this power concentrate, it is particularly helpful to also support your own thoughts with a positive perception and to use the power of thoughts. This can be done by setting a so-called scent anchor. The scent is connected with a protected space of one's own thoughts (e.g. individually designed soul garden). This protected space is positively visualised during a meditation, so that when the scent is smelled later, this memory is recalled and the positive body reactions take place.

The power concentrates supplement the medicine cabinet for home and travel, with practical helpers in various situations in life. They must be diluted, but are therefore very versatile and can be individually adapted to personal needs.

Recipes

Massage oil for ears and neck - Activates the reflex zones:
Mix 20 drops of Soul Stroker Power Concentrate in 50 ml almond oil. Rub a little of it between the fingertips and oil the ears with it. Massage the pinna from top to bottom, rubbing the earlobes with gentle pressure. Rub out from behind the ears to the nape of the neck. Notice the fragrance and give yourself a hug

Bath additive - Dive down and emerge with renewed strength:
Mix a 200 ml cup of cream with a maximum of 20 drops of Soul Stroker Power Concentrate. Add to the bath water and bathe for about 20 minutes. After bathing, only shower off, but do not wash off with shower gel and lightly pat the skin dry. This allows the oil film to form an additional protective layer. The relaxing effect is enhanced if we take the time to lie snuggled up in bed for a while afterwards.

Time-out spray - Wrap yourself in a scented mist and take a little time out:
Drop up to 20 drops of Soul Stroker Power Concentrate into 100 ml of orange blossom water. Close the bottle, shake well before use. Spray a few drops over the head, face and neck area and consciously perceive the fragrance mist. It helps to imagine a positive image of the plants contained, e.g. the image of how the larch, firmly rooted, moves in the wind but sheds its needles every year to form new ones again in spring.

Massage oil for children (from 3 years) - As a nice ritual when coming home or going to bed:
Mix a maximum of 5 drops of Soul Stroker Power Concentrate in 50 ml almond oil. Rub the oil into warmed hands. Apply the oil to the neck, arms and upper body from top to bottom in sweeping movements. Distribute slowly and evenly. A relaxing effect can also be created by rubbing the forearms. Important: the child should decide for him/herself whether he/she likes this fragrance and would like to receive it as a rub.
