Himalayan cedar oil is characterised by its uplifting and strongly stabilising effect on the nerves. The balancing scent helps to reduce stress and at the same time promotes strength and self-confidence. As a rub on the chest, the oil is able to bring about relief from coughs and colds. Due to its astringent and soothing properties, Himalayan cedar oil can also be used for flaky skin and oily hair. Therefore, the oil is ideal as an ingredient in soaps. In addition, it promises relief from skin rashes, as it has skin-regenerating, antiseptic and pain-relieving effects. The soothing yet refreshing fragrance profile is ideal for air purification and as a room freshener, as well as for repelling moths and insects. The scent is often preferred by men, which is why the oil is also well-suited for use in shaving soaps.

• Calming fragrance blend "Letting Go" for the fragrance lamp:
  10 drops Himalayan Cedar extra
  20 drops lime organic
  5 drops lavender fine organic
  
  Place the essential oils in an empty bottle. Close the bottle and shake gently. Drip 8 drops of the mixture into the fragrance lamp
  

• Blend "Strong and Courageous" to strengthen stamina in times of upheaval:
  3 drops Himalayan Cedar extra
  2 drops of organic rose geranium
  4 drops grapefruit organic
  
  Place the essential oils in an empty bottle. Close the bottle and shake gently. Drip 8 drops of the mixture into the fragrance lamp
  

• Mild soap "Hand disinfection"
  250 ml neutral liquid soap
  10 drops Himalayan Cedar extra
  10 drops Lemongrass organic
  3 drops thyme thymol organic
  
  Add the essential oils to the soap (preferably from a health food shop) and mix.
