Organic ginger, 5 ml

The ginger oil is recently extracted from the freshly distilled ginger root. It convinces with its citrusy-fresh scent with a spicy, fruity note. It is also mild and very skin-friendly. Ginger oil alleviates nausea and (travel) sickness and leads to greater well-being in the case of intestinal cramps. It also improves appetite when the oil is inhaled, e.g. via an inhaler pen or handkerchief. In case of stomach pains and intestinal cramps, the digestive and decramping effect helps. Together with a colon massage in a clockwise direction, it is able to bring about emptying in the case of constipation. In particular, it is often used in therapeutic mixtures for "emotional abdominal pain", as it has a balancing and stabilising effect on the soul. Also suitable for the treatment of cold-related complaints, such as colds, bronchitis and rheumatism.

Recipe Tips:

• Mix for your "Nausea Away" smelling bottle
  Mix 3 drops of organic ginger, 4 drops of organic cardamom and 4 drops of organic peppermint. Gently sniff your personal smelling bottle several times if you are feeling nauseous.
  
  
• Digestion Control Oil
  Mix 1 drop of angelica root organic, 4 drops of grapefruit organic, 2 drops of ginger organic, 1 drop of rose damascena 10 %, 3 drops of tonka extract in 50 ml PRIMAVERA almond oil organic. The oil can be used well for oil compresses and several times a day as an abdominal massage in a clockwise direction.
