Neem oil (also known as Nie oil) is extracted from the pulped seeds of the neem tree by a particularly gentle cold-pressing process with a run-off temperature of less than 40°C. As a result, the valuable, biologically valuable seeds remain intact. This preserves the effectiveness of the valuable, biologically active ingredients such as azadirachtins, nimbin or salannin. This high-quality, non-drying oil stands out due to its properties of high cosmetic value, especially for dry skin and skin affected by environmental influences.

Pure, unmixed neem oil has a strong odour and should only be used very sparingly. If it is to be used for cosmetic purposes, it is particularly suitable for single use for therapeutic measures.
If it is to be used for daily care, it is recommended to use it as part of a balanced mixture of different oils and natural additives.
