Stefanie Arend leitet die Yogasequenzen sehr angenehm an.
Sie erklärt die Wirkungen der Asanas sehr gut und auch welche Bereiche angesprochen werden. Auch das Faszientraining.
Des Weiteren erläutet sie sehr schön die Philosophie des Yin Yoga´s.
Ausgezeichnet zum üben, auch für Anfänger geeignet.
Tolle Wirkungen bei regelmäßigem Üben.
