Asana Cards - Collection 2

The second collection of asana cards again comprises 30 cards, each explaining a yoga posture and possible variations. The explanations include drawings, the Sanskrit name, the effects, the viewpoint (drishti), contraindications, chakras and tips on execution. In this way, all yogis and yoginis can benefit from the cards in a clear and condensed way. Beginners benefit from the combination of drawing and explanation when learning the asanas, advanced yogis & yoginis can improve their alignment and benefit from the additional information and aspiring yoga teachers get easy access to possible instructions for a yoga class.

While the focus of Collection I is on basic asanas (almost exclusively level 1), Collection II also includes half of the postures of difficulty level 2.

This collection comes without a box, but with a new cardboard insert. So you can pack Collection I & Collection II together in your box.
