The fourth collection of asana cards is different and yet belongs in your box; it is newly conceived and yet brings together all the previous collections: Individual postures become sequences, asanas become a flow. It is incredibly valuable to learn the asanas individually in order to understand the alignment of the body in peace. In the next step, however, we want to build a sequence from the individual exercises in Vinyasa Yoga (a flowing, dynamic style of yoga), i.e. find a flow from one posture to the next. In doing so, we practise bringing our breathing and the movements into harmony. This creates not only new challenges, but also moving meditations and a lot of fun! ???? It's never about perfection, of course, but about trying things out.
This collection is aimed at beginners and advanced practitioners. Some sequences are universal (these include the warm-up, the yin yoga inspired sequence or the sun salutations). The other flows you will find on the folding cards (double cards) both in a beginner's version and for advanced yogis and yoginis in a slightly more difficult version. The approach is often similar, but there is a difference in length and in the asanas included. There is one flow that is only for advanced yogis - you can approach it slowly.
This collection comes without a box - it just fits into the storage box with your previous collections.
