Asana Cards - Collection 4

The fourth collection of asana cards is different and yet belongs in your box. It is a new concept and yet brings all previous collections together: individual postures become sequences, asanas become a flow. It is incredibly valuable to learn the asanas individually in order to understand the alignment of the body in peace. In the next step, however, in Vinyasa Yoga (a flowing, dynamic yoga style), we want to build a sequence from the individual exercises, i.e. flow from one posture to the next. In doing so, we practice harmonizing our breathing and movements. This not only creates new challenges, but also moving meditations and lots of fun! ???? Of course, it is never about perfection, but about trying things out.

This collection is aimed at beginners and advanced practitioners. Some sequences are universal (these include the warm-up, the Yin Yoga-inspired sequence or the sun salutations). You will find the other flows on the folding cards (double cards) in both a beginner's version and a slightly more difficult version for advanced yogis and yoginis. The approach is often similar, but there are differences in length and the asanas included. Eis offers a single flow that is only intended for advanced practitioners - you can work your way up slowly.

This collection comes without a box – it just fits into the storage box with your existing collections.
