You can do this meditation alone, but when you first start it, it can be helpful to do it with others. It is an individual experience, so forget about the others around you.

The meditation is done with the special OSHO Dynamic Meditation music, which shows the different phases and supports them energetically.
The meditation instructions are included on the CD in English and are also available in numerous languages as a digital booklet for download.
