Ich war ja erst etwas skeptisch aber jetzt bin ich begeistert. Die Kopfschmerzen sind wie weggeblasen und der Rücken ist herrlich entspannt. Das erste Mal habe ich mich mit Kleidung auf die Matte gelegt, beim zweiten Mal schon ohne. Es zwickt zwar etwas, aber das lässt ganz schnell nach.
