A wine-like drink made from fresh ginger juice. True to Ayurvedic tradition, the fresh ginger juice is mixed with the other ingredients and fermented (Asava method).
The ginger elixir MILD has an excellent subtle ginger flavour, similar to a sweet "sherry". It can be drunk before or after a meal.
Contains approx. 9.5 % alcohol.
