This 4 kg sandbag helps you deepen yoga poses by using it as a weight, for example on the thighs in hero pose or in prone leg stretches. Placed on the belly, the sandbag promotes conscious awareness of the muscles involved in breathing. It can also be placed under the feet, for example, to stretch the Achilles tendons, or placed under the buttocks to serve as an elevation in sitting postures.
The sandbag is made of a robust cotton fabric (Oeko-Tex Standard 100 - 98.T.1099 HOSENSTEIN HTTI) and filled with washed quartz sand. The practical dart in the middle of the bag facilitates folding (to double the volume), as well as stable placement on individual body areas.
A carrying handle facilitates positioning and makes the sandbag convenient to carry.
