Ich habe die Classic-Variante bestellt und muss sagen, ich war positiv überrascht. Was Faszientraining angeht bin ich noch Anfänger, ein paar Übungsstunden habe ich in einem Kurs in meinem Fitnessstudio absolivert und dann entschieden, dass ich das zu Hause machen möchte. Mir waren die Faszienrollen im Studio zu hart, daher habe ich nach einer Alternative gesucht. Die hier angebotenen Rolle ist durch die Schaumstoffrillen weich, trotzdem liegt sie stabil auf dem Boden und ist in der Handhabung genauso wie eine normale Faszienrolle.
Für mich als Anfänger die perfekte Lösung :-)
