The yogiblock® supersize hard foam block is an ultra-light tool for yoga practice. Larger than the yogiblock big, it was developed with light weight, dimensional stability and maximum hardness and robustness in mind.
You can use the yogablock, for example, to support your hands in standing postures such as trikonasana, or as a support for your hands in peacock posture (mayurasana), or to support your hips in bridge posture (setu bandha sarvangasana), to name just a few examples.
