Ayurvedic lentil soup à la India. Slightly spicy with Ayurvedic spices such as cumin, turmeric and coriander leaves - finely seasoned with organic vegetables such as pepper, carrot and tomato.
The Dal soups from Classic Ayurveda are ideal as delicious, wholesome meals that can be prepared in 20 minutes without any effort. The soups are particularly suitable as light evening meals, and also for Ayurvedic intermittent fasting.
