Sirisat by Celestial (CD)

The science of sound and its healing properties was discovered 40,000 years ago and became an important part of yoga to harmonize body, mind and soul. These sounds were channeled by enlightened masters in sacred languages ​​such as Latin, Sanskrit and Gurmukhi.

This is known as "Mantra" or "Naad Yoga," given through the Golden Chain of Teachers, and brought to the West by teachers such as Yogi Bhajan. Each mantra can be "danced" in a creative way, acting as a meditation to heal and uplift the spirit, as well as energize the whole self. This is also done through the use of mudras - certain hand and finger positions. It is the "Celestial Dance" - an inspiring way to connect with the infinite.

Sirisat Kaur alias Julia Claire (vocals, composition, lyrics, piano and guitar), already known to many through her beautiful voice from recordings such as "Peace of Mind" with Mata Mandir Singh, impresses on her first own mantra CD with catchy melodies, danceable and varied rhythms and sounds. She teaches workshops with the "Celestial Dance" in Spain and other countries. She is musically supported by Carles Reig (drums & percussion, flutes, synthesizer, background vocals; music, production and arrangements).
