Move, Get Excited by Barbara Becker (DVD)

The Barbara Becker production team is expanding its successful Pilates and yoga fitness series with the first title for children. "Move, Reg' dich" is all about playful mobility. Embedded in an animated story about the little cobra and her friend, the dog, children and their parents are motivated to take part in 22 exercises that strengthen the body, improve posture and balance, and promote concentration and relaxation.

All exercises are demonstrated by the charming characters Dog and Cobra, four children and a professional trainer. The training sequences are complemented by the exciting animal story. Read by Barbara Becker and presented by the cartoon characters Cobra and Dog, who meet many other animals and objects in the oasis and thus lead and motivate from movement to movement.
