Traditional Ayurvedic herbal mousses (Lehams) are among the most popular Ayurvedic products. They are considered Rasayanas - Ayurvedic tonics (not scientifically proven). The main active ingredient Ashvagandha, Brahmi or Shatavari is prepared with raw cane sugar, ghee, usually honey and a range of Ayurvedic herbs and spices to form a tasty, jam-like paste.
According to classical Ayurveda, a Leham is only authentic if the main ingredient is supported in its Ayurvedic effect by other herbs and spices.

- Recommended dosage Take 2 x 1 teaspoon of 6 g each daily, pure or with a little milk. The daily intake contains 2.28 g of Shatavari. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
- Ingredients Raw cane sugar, honey, Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) 19%, cardamom, licorice, turmeric, Sariva (Hemidesmus indicus), Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris), Pippali (Piper Longum), Bhumyamalaki (Phyllanthus niruri), ginger.
