This pyramid-shaped sea salt gives your dishes edges and corners. The special shape is created by slowly heating the salt brine. This gradually creates crispy crystals.
Danger:
Pyramid salt melts very quickly on the tongue, so it is best to use it as a finishing salt after cooking. A delicate touch is required when dosing: sprinkle the crystals sparingly on salads, bread and bowls.
