The comfortable My Yoga-Bolster yin - plusL 68cm x W 25cm x H 25cm) gives you comfortable support and adapts to your body without giving way too much. It has a robust cotton cover and is filled with organic spelt husk.
So that you can easily remove and wash the cover, the husk filling is in a separate ticking fabric.
Very suitable for yin yoga and restorative yoga, for example.
