Scouring powder

The cleaning agent can be used in a variety of ways in the bathroom and kitchen. It cleans sinks, toilets, bathtubs and effortlessly removes burnt-on food from pots and greasy deposits on stoves and ovens without scratching. The gentle effect of the pumice stone means it is even suitable for stoves with sensitive glass ceramic hobs. Extremely effective for cleaning plastic garden furniture and sooty oven windows.

Application / Dosage:
Sprinkle powder on and clean with a damp sponge, brush or cloth. Very economical.

Origin and properties of the ingredients:
Pumice is an airy, soft, volcanic rock that was formed from quickly cooled lava. Due to the rapid cooling process, it does not form sharp-edged crystals and is therefore, in finely ground form, an extremely gentle but effective cleaning material. Soda and soap give the cleaning agent its good grease and dirt-dissolving power. Once the dirt has been removed, the natural clay absorbs it and carries it away thanks to its excellent swelling and binding properties. The essential oils from sage and a myrtle plant (cajeput) smell pleasant and have a germ-inhibiting effect.

Product features:
Cleaning agents in powder form meet the high ecological requirements of the highest concentration of active ingredients with the lowest transport weight, since every liquid product consists of around 70-80% water. This makes this cleaning agent a highly economical and effective cleaning agent.

The main components of the cleaning agent are rock flour and silicate-rich soils. These are immediately reintroduced into nature.
There is no degradation process at all here. Soda, as a mineral substance, does not need to be broken down any further. Soap made from vegetable oils has the striking peculiarity compared to all other detergent substances that immediately after use it combines with the lime that is always present in waste water to form lime soap and thus neutralizes its own effect on living organisms (primary degradation). The lime soap is then 100% broken down by microorganisms into carbon dioxide and water (secondary degradation). Soap is considered to be easily biodegradable according to the OECD.
