- Utilization Rinse your mouth with 1 teaspoon of tooth oil for 10-15 minutes and then spit it out. To do oil pulling, hold 1-2 teaspoons of tooth oil in your mouth for up to 20 minutes in the morning. Rinse your mouth with lukewarm water and, if you want, brush your teeth as usual. It also helps clean your mouth after eating. Shake before use!
