Care instructions:
Wipe the mat weekly with a damp cloth (water only!). If used heavily, after every use. NEVER put the mat in the washing machine or dryer. Do not use the mat outside or let it dry. Sunlight or UV light damages the natural rubber. NEVER use alcohol, petroleum-based solvents or essential oils.
